Hope @ Easter

Hope brings positivity, courage, and a sense of comfort to all of our lives. Even in the darkest times, hope allows us to trust that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Easter is a time to be hopeful; hopeful for our future, hopeful of our dreams, and hopeful that we are on the path to where we are meant to be. During Easter, we get to spend time with loved ones and be grateful for the small things in our lives during this time. The weather is warming up, the birds are chirping in the morning, and the nature around us is turning green and blooming. Easter is a time of new life and new beginnings and we must use this opportunity to appreciate the small joys in our everyday lives that are the pockets of hope which keep us motivated. 

The LOT Project is a place where people come together to brighten the small parts of our daily lives and remind us of how important those moments are. A smile from a familiar face, a small compliment, and even simply saying, “hello,” are all interactions that happen within the LOT Project. We are a community in which people are supported, uplifted, and reminded that they are valued and loved. We are a family to all. Serving others brings hope for a better community and that hope is something that should inspire and push us to make everyday our best. 

It is true that April showers bring May flowers. While it may be difficult to hold on to hope during challenging times, it is important to always remember that good will find its way to us, and that God has a plan for us. Happy Easter from all of us at The LOT Project!
